Honoring special requests from our bride and groom during a wedding portrait session is something we strive to fulfill. When Laura and Thomas asked for sunset photos, we just couldn’t promise the right sky for the shots they wanted. The sky was just too overcast and covering the horizon.

But, we made our way down to the river’s edge and heaven fulfilled that sweet request. Perfectly. Clouds parted just enough for the sun to slip through, spreading gold and orange across both heaven and earth. What a treat!

Actually, the entire session with such a cute couple was a huge treat. Their excitement was contagious. Their smiles were continuous. Their love for one another was obvious.
